Q: Do you pump the traditional septic tanks?
A: Yes, we pump both conventional (traditional) and aerobic septic tanks.
Q: Do you pump commercial septic systems?
A: Yes, we do both residential and commercial septic pumping.
Q: What would be helpful to know when I called for service?
A: Time of last pump out, type of system (conventional or aerobic), tank size or if not, square footage of house. Also, any problems you may be having with your septic system.
Q: What do I need to do before the truck arrives?
A: Have your septic access covers available.
Q: How often should I pump my septic tanks?
A: Conventional septic tanks need to be pumped every 1-3 years and aerobic septic tanks need to be pumped every 3- 6 years. However, this is depending on how many people and the amount of water usage.
